Shipping

oomel orders are made and shipped by our production partners in China, directly to you, with tracking. Orders are processed in 1 to 5 business days, then delivery takes 5 to 8 business days. You'll get your tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Full details are in our shipping policy.

US shipping is $5.99, or free on orders of $75 or more. International shipping is $8.90, also free on orders of $75 or more. Depending on your country, customs may charge import duties or taxes at delivery.

Where is my order?

Use the tracking link in your shipping email. Tracking can take up to 5 business days to show its first update. If it hasn't moved for 10 days, email us and we'll chase it.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn pieces with tags on. Email active@oomel.com first and we'll send the return address. Return shipping is on us when the item was damaged, faulty or wrong. See the refund policy.

Sizing

Every product page tells you how it fits and which size the model wears. Our size guide has the measurements. Between sizes? For sculpt pieces, size up if you like a softer hold.

Changing or canceling an order

Email us within 12 hours of ordering. You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships.

Payment

Checkout is secure and handled by Shopify. Charges appear on your statement as OOMEL.

About our photos

Our campaign photos are styled on digital models, so you can see every piece the same way in every color. Colors can look slightly different depending on your screen.
