Terms of service
Terms of service
These terms govern your use of OOMEL.COM and purchases from OOMEL. OOMEL is operated by BLUE HORIZON LINE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15881232, with registered office at Office 9036, 321–323 High Road, Chadwell Heath, Romford, Essex, England, RM6 6AX.
Using our website
You may use this website only for lawful personal or business purposes. You must not interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, scrape the site without permission, misuse another person’s account, or use our content or trademarks without authorization.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. You are responsible for accurate account and order information and for keeping login credentials secure.
Products and availability
We aim to present products, colors, measurements and availability accurately. Screen settings and production variations may affect appearance. We may correct genuine errors, update information or limit quantities. Product availability is not guaranteed until we accept your order.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement does not by itself mean acceptance. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch, unless applicable law provides otherwise. We may reject or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing error, stock error, sanctions restrictions or delivery limitations. If payment has been taken for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.
Prices and payment
Prices and available currencies are displayed through the storefront and checkout. Delivery charges, taxes and any other charges collected by us are shown before you submit the order. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the selected payment method.
Promotions
Promotional codes have no cash value, may be subject to stated conditions and cannot be combined unless expressly allowed. We may withdraw or correct a promotion where there is misuse or an obvious error, without affecting completed lawful purchases.
Intellectual property
The OOMEL name, branding, photographs, designs, text and other site content belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. No rights are transferred except the limited right to use the website and purchased goods for their intended purpose.
Third-party services
Our store is hosted by Shopify and may link to or rely on payment, delivery, analytics and social-media services. Third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for unrelated third-party websites.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your mandatory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms prospectively. The version applying to an order is the version available when the order was placed. Questions may be sent to support@oomel.com.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, but consumers living elsewhere retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available under the laws of their country of residence.
